Hello everyone!
Long time no see! Last week we had major restrictions with the difficult theme "Set Stock". Although we only had one image to use, we couldn't have had more different outcomes! Lots of different styles appeared such as textures, c4d's and smudging. In the end the winner was decided and that winner was... Cloud!. This is my third win in a row, can someone knock me off my throne? Here was my entry:
And on to this week's contest. The upcoming theme is 'Persona...
Hello Kingdom Hearts fans! Ready for Tokyo Game Show? KHInsider certainly is!
Small piece of news, but one that gets us pumped. Square Enix has put up a map detailing their booth at the show this year. It looks like a large chunk of their floor space will be dedicated to Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance for the Nintendo 3DS. Traditionally this space is filled with demo units for people to play the game. We are certain we'll be getting a lot of impressions from an updated ...
As the days wind down to the arrival of the 2011 Tokyo Game Show, we have come across the full-scale floor map for the event, precisely detailed and labeled accordingly (though the text is quite small in some areas). The Square Enix booth this year lies in Hall 6 on the 1st floor, directly adjacent to the Mobile and Social Game Area, in-between Tecmo Koei Games and the Game School Corner. To those of you who have the opportunity to attend the event, now you know where to find it! We're ve...
Thanks to forum administrator Shamdeo, we've learned that the Kingdom Hearts 3D page for this year's Tokyo Game Show has launched! Although it is currently quite bare, no doubt plenty of new additions will be made as the days go by. Three messages currently lead the page:
-"Darkness becomes Light, Light falls into Darkness."
-"A title for Nintendo 3DS in the Kingdom Hearts series!"
-"The videogame on the show floor will be the world's first experience, please come visit u...
Forum member rokudamia2 has brought in a great piece of news during this drought: as most of you know, Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance will have a presence at this year's Tokyo Game Show event. However, it has been reported that the theatre in which the game will be shown, there are only eighty - that's 80 - places available to the public for private screening. These members will be randomly selected from the Japanese Square Enix members, but the real juice comes from the...
Hello again!
Last week we visited the strange world of 'Tim Burton'. The graphics community did not fail when it came to celebrating his ghoulish style! From Jack Skelington to Pee Wee Herman, we had it all. Once again we had a very close contest, with only one point difference between two entries! In the end you voted for Cloud and my 'Cheshire Cat' signature. And here it is:
And on to this week's contest. The upcoming theme is 'Set Stock'. Let's see how you cope with a d...
Hey, guys! This just in: forum member Mog spotted a list of what looked like potential games for the successor to the PSP, the PlayStation Vita. Nothing is confirmed yet and a lot of the titles are to-be-announced, but one caught our eyes under the Square Enix section: "KINGDOM HEARTS [TBA]". What this is we don't know and we have no idea how official or real it is, but with mysteries in the air as to the nature of Birth by Sleep Volume II and considering the fact that Birth...
Time for another KHI SotW update!
Last week we visited the familiar scene that is 'Animated Movies'. Loved by most of the regulars around the graphics community, the entrants did not fail to capture the beauty of the art. We saw a landslide of votes this time with a clear winner. You voted for The Citrus Cult And his Gattai based tag! Here is his winning entry:
And on to this week's contest. The upcoming theme is 'Group Stock'. A pretty difficult theme to say the least. Th...
Hey there, guys! As you may very well know, this week Dengeki PlayStation magazine releases its 500th issue and for the past week to commemorate the milestone, the team's Twitter has been posting photos of past covers, some of which include Kingdom Hearts. For the 500th issue, it is said that "Tetsuya Nomura Allstars" artwork will be featured, but the really interesting bit is that there will be interviews with both Nomura himself [laughs] and Yoshinori Kitase, the producer ...
