Memories are the essence of humanity.
-R3M

The Story
You are a just a typical, (and very unfortunate) teenager who finds themselves awakening in a large city. Almost immediately you notice something odd. Something is wrong with your memory. You either can't remember anything, or your memory is all messed up. Nothing is for certain except for your name and the fact that your memories are gone. On top of that, there are these weird creatures called The Static that attack you at every turn and mess with your memories too. Not to mention these ultra powerful guys who cal themselves the Collectors hunting you and your new friends down. Now you have to race across the city, purifying each district of Static, evading the Collectors, and gaining your memories back.

The Other Story
It's about that time again. They've finally arrived. As a Collector, it's your job to hunt down anyone unlucky enough to be called a Fragmented and take their memories; which you will then deliver to your master who is a mystery even to you. You have the ability to take memories, and even show the Fragmented glimpses of their own missing memoirs to taunt them. Your path is mysterious, your reasons are unknown to them, but you know why you're here. You used to be one of them. A Fragmented. You are the strong and few that survived your Game. At the end of each session each Fragmented is given a choice: Leave with all of your memories intact, or discard your old self and be granted Eternal Life.

Try to Remember This

"Where am I?"
ENIX CITY
Welcome to Enix City, the bustling metropolis. Enix City is urbanized, and consists of 12 Districts which make for a more than big enough playground. It is the goal of the Fragmented to purify each district of Static by reaching their Game Memory before the Collectors turn you into one. You will start at the 1st District, and from there, nobody knows but one. Each District has several interest location with one "Landmark" that is the hallmark of that district.

"Who am I?"

The Fragmented
You have been stripped of your right to remember anything straight. However, you guys are the Yang to the Collector’s Ying, get it? The Collectors collectively grow stronger as they aquire more memories from you guys, but once one of you Collects a memory ALL of you gain a memory as well. There are different types of you guys, just to mess around with your heads.

Blanks- You are the people who have awoken and just remembered nothing but your name and age. Basic stuff right?

Jiggsaws - You have all your memories...well most of them anyway. But they are all out of order. You remember things before and after another and it's all out of whack. Can you piece it together?

Headphones - So if you can't see things...hearing them is just as good right? I mean you can't tell which is which, or whose voice is who, or see the exit or the way to leave...but...at least you can hear things? Right?

LQ's or Pixels - Well you have them...you think. You really can't make out the pictures. You can see them, but everything is so fuzzy, and maybe even pixelated, you can barely make out what it is. Like someone tried to censor out your memories...not cool.

Fingerprints - You know how when you have a fingerprint on a CD and it makes the disk skip, or replay, or even repeat? Now imagine that, but way more frustrating and intense, on your memories. Yea, you can remember some things, but when you do, they'll freeze at the best part, or even skip the best parts to other more boring parts or even skip backwards! It can also replay something you've already seen.

Jack in the Boxes - Well it's like an actually Jack in the box, you’re going and going and going and BAM! It hits you! Same thing here. They come at the worst moments, at the worst times. You could be fighting off some Static, then memories hit you. In front of a car, same thing.

The Collectors
Well, that wasn't always their name. They were formerly known as Harbringers, but teens started calling them Collectors, just because of what they do. They travel along the city, bringing the Static with them and take back any memories the Fragmented have gained back or prevent the Fragmented from doing the same to them. Or at least they try to. It is very rare that they fail. They then deliver the memories to their leader who is unknown even to them and who also gives them limited information regarding as to why exactly they are doing this. This might lead to suspicion within this faction, but it is rare when someone actually asks why, especially when you are bestowed with immortality in exchange for ensuring some kids don’t get their memories back. They only know that for some reason, while this is going on, no one else in the city can see them except those involved, and their leader goes by REM. They are the incentive to get Fragmented to participate as opposed to sitting around and allowing everyone else to collect memories for them. By collecting memories, they get stronger. They all usually work as a whole and get more powerful as a whole. Meaning if one person loses thier memory, all of them get stronger. The Collectors were all at some point a Fragmented, who won their Game, and have survived every other Game up to this point. Their Stickers should've evolved into Tattoos for the most part, resulting in powerful abilities. The Collectors can summon Static at will and can turn memories into physical objects, absorbed upon touch. Though taking memories from them is a whole other story. Taking memories is a process…with rules. When you see these guys…it’s best you run. Very fast.

Collectors also have a dedicated heirarchy which can be denominated as follows:
EL337 [Elite]- The top brass Collectors
5H3/2P@ [Sherpa] - A designated Collector assigned to one District or Phase of the game. They control and reign over this area

Static
These are little annoying things arent they? Ranging from small fries to humongous creatures, the Static are a force to be reckoned with. Well some at least, others are nuisances. In a nutshell: they interfere with memories. And as all Static do when you are trying to get a clear picture, it interferes, making things unhearable, unclear and un-everything. The biggest mystery is what exactly these creatures are, some say they are experiments from the Collectors, whilst others say they are Fragmented who never got their memories back. While some are small usually in the Districts there is one VERY LARGE one that has something special about it. These are rumored to be past Collectors who were felled by Fragmented and usually contain a memory, signaled by something glowing on it. It would be best to take out these things. You can always tell they're near. Just listen for the Static.
"What do I do?"

Abilities and Fighting
You didn't really think you were helpless did you? Somehow in this strangely unfamiliar town, you can do things...you never imagined you could do before. Or after. Or period. Depending on your preference and predetermined memories, you are bestowed with a simple sticker matching your personality type when you enter the town, put the sticker anywhere and it will sink into your skin. Whenever you touch that point and focus and your weapon or ability is summoned to you, in its lowest form of course. (So for example, if your weapon is oh I dunno let’s go ahead and do something crazy like give you a sword, its going to start off as possibly a dagger or small sword and evolve into something greater.) Along with that you are able to collect and utilize other stickers as you collect memories to help you fight and battle. For the Collectors however, they pretty much have everything down, their stickers are permanent tattoos that display their heightened abilities, the more tattoos, the more times The Fragmented know that they have won these little…treasure hunts.

Stickers
Each Fragmented will start off with one sticker. This sticker, when applied, will reflect your personality based on your memories, and grant you your imagination's desire of protecting yourself. Upon reaching the first goal, you will find two more blank stickers. Stickers are, like most things here, a mystery. However, they take form by presenting the wielder with incredible abilities and skills used for combat. Additional stickers will be aquired as the game progresses at certain points. This can take the form of a store, a present, or even hidden in a memory. Stickers work like exercise. The more you use your sticker, the more fatigued it will make you, however, the more powerful it can grow. Like a muscle. If you overexert yourself, it can damage your body much like how overworking yourself during exercise can cause you to throw up or pass out. You wouldn't start off with four dumbells at the gym, likewise, a Fragmented equipping all three starting stickers would put a huge strain on them. All stickers can be removed under certain conditions. If your memories are taken from a Collector, your stickers can be forcibly removed. This causes a pain similar to a very sticky Band Aid being torn from your skin and mind. Stickers can also be stolen and equipped by another person.

Tattoos
Once one has mastered their sticker, he designs sink in and become permanent, forming a tattoo. A tattoo is the highest power output of a sticker and represents it's highest potential. Rarely causing fatigue, Tattoo wielders most often come in the form of Collectors who have mastered their abilities over years of playing the Game. Tattoos cannot be removed, but they can be hidden (if one doesn't like the look of having them.). The only way to gain someone else's Tattoo ability is to have access to that person's memories. For example, if a Collector is felled in battle, and becomes a Memory, a Fragmented can access that memory, and has access to an ability the Collector once possessed. Similar to Megaman. However, the Fragmented may only steal a Tattoo ability relative to Blank Stickers they have. If they have 2 Blank stickers out of 4 potential abilities, they may only pick 2 of the Collectors abilities. This is a double edged sword, as well. Although gaining access to a Collector ability is an advantage, it automatically progresses to Tattoo, which can cause tremendous strain on a body that isn't prepared for it. (Think Izuku gaining All Might's ability from My Hero Acadameia.)

Stickers and Tattoos are categorized as so:

  • [*=center]Weapon Basic [WB] - Any type of sticker that produces a weapon meant for attacking and defense. (ex. Swords, knives, guns.)
[*=center]Weapon Unique [WU] - Any type of sticker that defies conventional weapons but is still considered a weapon. (ex. Sword cloaked in fire, metallic ball that can shapeshift.)
[*=center]Ability Basic [AB] - Any type of sticker that produces an ability that doesn't require a weapon or being physically held. (ex. Fireballs, lightning, healing, gravity, flight, teleportation)
[*=center]Ability Unique [AU] - Any type of sticker that falls out of the category of "Basic". (ex. Fireballs that turn into firewolves that protect the master, probably anything Dar or Tav come up with, Anna's aura seeing ability etc etc)

[*=center]Miscellaneous [MC] - Any ability that doesnt fall into any category. (ex. Neku's soda summoning healing pin. or summoning speakers)

Communication
As this is an urbanized city we are all about progress and the future! Everyone should have a cell phone. This is going to be the way R.3.M. communicates with both Fragmented and Collector alike. Fragmented, feel free to text or call each other if separated. Want to silently plan? Texting is the way to go. Collectors, do the same. Keep an eye out on those phones (inboxes) for messages and updates. Phone Brands are as follows:

  • [*=center]Pear uPhone 3: The most popular model of smartphone out right now. Comes equipped with a touchscreen, fingerprint unlock, 15 megapixel camera, and 150gb of space, no wonder everyone is empyting their pockets for this phone! Now in FOUR colors: Black, White, Pink, and Gold! (Screens crack easily! Battery dies at 30% sometimes!)
[*=center]Talkio Universe 2.5: A dangerous competitor to the Pear uPhone, the Talkio boasts a touchscreen, voice to text, 14 megapixel camera and 151gb of space. Talkio Towers at the Scramble is dedicated to the advertisement of this brand. Comes in Green, Yellow, Red, Blue, Black, Silver, Pink, Orange, and Purple Mountain Majesty[Talkio Towers exclusive color] (More durable than the Pear! Battery lasts longer!)

[*=center]BLDE 7: Probably one of those "pay for minutes" phones you'll see at 11-7 convenience stores, this phone is the classic flip phone. With two touch screens on the front and back (but to text you still have to use buttons?! What's up with that??), this phone is accessible whether closed or open! 50 gb memory card, 6 megapixel camera this phone is simple, quick, and reliable. Comes in Black and Magenta.

[*=center]Nooky Prime: You hardly ever see this phone around. However, it is reliable and gets the job done. 12 gb of memory, t9 predictive texting options as well as button texting to anyone at anytime! Games included are the classic "Starship Fighter", "Tetris" and a free demo of "Snake" (one round, cant save score)! If you want something practical and affordable the Nooky Prime is your best friend! (Oddly enough, these things are infamous for being practically indestructible and can go up to a month without needing to be charged.) Comes in Black and Dark Black.

Memories

  1. [*=center]As the intention is to take or re-take memories, when the memories are taken from a Fragmented by a Collector, they are sent into a comatose like state, and at the end of the game, they are effectively turned into Static and wander the district they were defeated in. The only way to bring that Fragmented back to conciousness is if they find and retake the memory from the Collector who took it. Once it is back in the possesion of a Fragmented, as per the ability of Fragmented, they are able to absorb the memory, thus resuscitating their fallen comrade.
[*=center]It is also entirely possible to kill an opponent if one so desires. If an opponent is killed as opposed to being defeated, the slain will BECOME a memory.(Which in a way, is kind of like death) The body will whither away, thus regaining the memory will do nothing for the person who was killed. The memory usually evaporates within seconds of it's appearance, however it can be touched to experience the memories of the fallen before fading away, most likely to REM. Experiencing memories other than your own is a very dangerous, painful, and possibly scarring process, due to it being an unnatural occurance and the fact that whoever's memories you have experienced will become part of your memories now.

[*=center]Memories in this world take the shape of a polygonal, crystalline substance about the size of a tennis ball, with the rapid playing of the experiences of a person going on inside the transparent crystal. Collectors have been imbued with the power to take the raw experiences themselves, almost as if they can bend time, and give them form in the shape of the crystal the memories are in. Thus due to their connection with memories, they are able to willingly control and manipulate the Static to their will. Fragmented are essentially the opposite being able to release memories from their crystalline state and experience them.

Memories take four forms:

  • [*=center]Game Memories: These are the memories that are essentially the ones that the Fragmented are after. These memories are blank in appearance, but one gained, it regains a memory for all the Fragmented.
[*=center]Last Memories: These are the memories the Fragmented start off with. It is their last remembered memory before arriving. This is the memory a Collector will take if you don't make it past the first round.
[*=center]Genuine Memories: These memories are the singular memories of a person. These are the memories crafted when a Collector takes memories.
[*=center]Life Memories: These are the memories that are crafted when someone dies and are the most powerful memories. These are memories in their purest state, consisting of the entire life force of someone's existence and all of their experiences. The most powerful form of memories.

Got it Memorized?
This is Enix City. The Fragmented live in Enix City, they have lived here their entire lives. They just don’t remember that they used to. The Collectors live here as well as their leader. Everything takes place here. However, here memories are power. Memories are everything. Because who are you without your memories? You must craft a whole new personality without anything to base it off of. Will you like what you find you used to be as you gather pieces of your memories? Do you even know why you are doing this? Why can you do physically impossible things and no one can even see you do it? If you work for REM, why? Do you just like eternal life? What about the you you were before? Do you like serving someone you don't even know? Causing the suffering of other people? And who or what exactly is REM?

In conclusion: Here, memories are power.

Don't Forget This
1. No Powerplay [Unless given permission]
2. No powerkill. [Again PERMISSION.]
3. Romance is allowed, just keep it PG-13 please.
4. Be as literate, clear and concise as you can. Don't text type this. Also, let's try to make posts that will keep the story going yeah?
5. And this is the BIG ONE. I decided to reboot this because you guys showed interest in doing this again. Please try to post at least, at LEAST once a week. I will try to do the same. I know we all have things going on, but me typing out this entire first post means I'm willing to make the commitment to this RP if you guys are. Stick with it, and I promise it'll be fun.
6. Be creative. It's okay to present ideas to me. I'll have to approve of course, but I'm always down to hear ideas and work off of them.
7. As stated, please start off with a maximum of two characters. It's so you dont have to keep up with multiple people. If you wish to add more characters you will have to petition them, and I must approve. Just please keep up with them.
8. If you are going to be a FRAGMENTED, please type your BIO out separately and PM that bio to me. Break it up chronologically by number, especially if you have a specific backstory in mind. If you do not, I will give you one. This is for the process of Memories, and depending on your type of fragmented, in which order you will gain them. For your BIO, you will only put out the last thing your character remembers before waking up. [Also put I can't seem to remember...]
9. If you are going to be a COLLECTOR, your BIO should consist of your history after you threw away your past self in exchange for eternal life. For the sake of story, if you still want to delve into that past self, PM me that BIO.
10. This used to be the rule where I asked if you wanted to be REM, but I'm gonna be REM this time around. Keep an eye on your inboxes. [Also put Here, let me jog your memory!"]
11. Most of all, MOST of all, HAVE FUN.
12. The District section is still a bit under construction. There are only SIX game memories and TEN districts. If possible, it'd be cool if we hit every district, but I also don't want to drag out the RP.

"I Refuse To screw With Memories."

Name
Tavish Le'Nell

Physical Age
26

Street Name
Tavvy

Gender
Male

Personality
At the least one could say that Tavvy is quite the shrewd individual and despite this while trying to keep himself sane, Tavvy always seems to find himself falling into one miniature catastrophe after another. Whilst it may be true Tavvy's motives causes these happenings, he believes that they are for the greater good.
(He hasn't figured out what this is yet either.)

Tavish is quite intelligent in a manner that's nicely well rounded in the sense that he is street smart, book smart and battle savvy after having dealt with the inner workings of the game so many times. During battle or debates, most often he excels by remaining on the offensive, rarely pausing in his attacks/statements or falling back to change plans either. Instead Tavvy plans ahead and continues to pick up information as he moves forward. This way he can try and interpret each factoring agent of what he hears from people and what he sees while in a fight. Ultimately he can break down his surroundings in this manner.

Spontaneity has helped Tavish the ability to near instantly come up with solid plans even on the fly, even if they seem over-complex and detailed, their chances of success are normally on point. He tries to make sure that people don't get hurt but sometimes those things can't be helped. Nonetheless his capable mind is certainly worthy of praise, after all Tavish DID get the attention of the Game Masters... Despite this his strategies could be considered irresponsible or risky, as he has on more than one occasion placed himself or allies in harm's way but he says, "Oh?? Be Like Nike and Just Do It."

Appearance
^^^click^^^
Tavish is 5'11 inches tall, being an average build dusted with muscle. He's of Nigerian and Native American descent. Tavvy is fairly skinny, weighing around 140lbs and often appears several years younger than his 26 years of age. His youthful dark skinned appearance is normally covered with a scowl. These days it is quite a rarity to see Tavish smile. It just makes him tired. He often keeps his eye containing the Aethereus Oculus closed, as to conserve his stamina. When it is open, the strange ripple pattern over the eye and pale shade of pink illuminate with the faintest traces of light. His other eye is less dramatic but still holds a criss-crossing pattern of triangles and ellipses. It has a similar pink shade as the illegal sticker but a darker hue.

Bio
During a previous game, Tavvy started out as a jack-in-the-box, receiving horrifying memories at random of a past that he didn't want to believe were ever true. As he went along with the other fragments he found that with each acquired memory he was able to obtain much greater powers with his TengaRyugan sticker. When he acquired more stickers, rather than obtain a new power his strength multiplied several times over.

Becoming conceited in his own abilities he forsook his comrades for awhile leaving Blaster, Sync, Rien, Vandiken, Kourt and Raito, going off on his own, exploring entire districts not originally intended for his eyes to see. He was flagged as an illegal player in the game and numerous collectors came after time, and one after the next he defeated them all. He tried to absorb their powers too, but found that like before his powers with the Divine Dragon simply evolved. It was near the end of the game that Tavvy met up with the remaining group; now only three members Rien, Sync, and Vandiken.

A fight ensued between the party of four and two of the most powerful collectors that Tavvy had witnessed up until that point. Topsy and Silver were opponents that had strengths and weaknesses that worked so well together, Tavvy found himself on the defensive, watching his comrades struggle as he did. It seemed that with everyone working together they'd be able to survive, when randomly, Topsy impaled him through the chest with his bare hand, claiming, "Did you really think R.3.M was going to let YOU win the game?? You've seen too much of our secrets..." Tavvy remembers little after that but knows that after he was blasted unto oblivion, he recalls meeting both H1.M and +.H.3m...then there was that frightening dream about the faceless man. "Tavish?? Can you feel us??"

Now Tavvy wants answers. He wants to know why these games keep happening, why he was rescued and why he's been imprinted with the Aethereus Oculus sticker. Its powers both interest and fuel him to seek the truth about why the Divine Dragon was sealed and what it has to do with the games. The dark forces coming from his eye seem to come and go, making Tavvy a bit uneasy about what he'll find. But he'll get answers, he's sure of it. Tavvy will stop at nothing. Currently he's out in the Sidereal Area doing research for +h3M. He's exploring the nature of static that have been mutating into monstrosities. He is aware that Rien, and Sync must know something...why did they stay??

Other
-Tavvy uses the Pear uPhone 3 model, keeping the battery permanently charged by using his illegal tattoo.

Quick question. Is it possible for a Fragmented to have more than one way that their memory "glitches"? I'm planning on revamping Cheza, and there's points where her being a Fingerprint could be really powerful, but I'm more comfortable playing her predominantly as a Headphones like I'd had her originally. Is that allowed?

I thought that we were only allowed two characters??

honestly, that was the initial rule, but it looks like almost everyone (myself included) are gonna be breaking this rule at some point. So let's just say we try to keep it to two at a time of possible, and you have to petition your third/fourth/sixth. (Although I smell this rule being broken too. Probably myself included. I'll try to keep it to two tho)

If he gives clearance for the third character, (because we can petition for more than two) I might bring in a second fragmented character but it probably won't be until the rp has gotten going.

thats fine! Just everyone make sure you petition all additional characters. (I'm too nice tho, I'll probably approve them all anyway)

I actually don't see why not. I don't think that'll mess up the story or anything like that. However I don't want everyone picking this specific trait of mixing two fragment types. Maybe it'll be unique to your char, Dream?

"Here, let me jog your memory."

Name
: Rien Hanekoma [Ree-En Hah-Nay-Co-Muh]

Physical Age: Eighteen
Street Name: TheLOL_Flashlight
Gender: Male

Personality: Lackadaisical and easy-going. Very very unreliable completely on the surface, will let you down nearly everytime. Nothing is more important than surival however. As circumstances change, so will his person drastically see almost unpredictable shifts and he will act completely out of his normal character. In most situations he is usually the one that is least worried, completely calm, and adjust as if nonchalance were the same as swiftness. A keen eye for observation and the cognition and quick senses to act and react on a whim. He's the least dangerous, but is not armed without his rapier wit here and there. He is a selfish young man that safeguards and prioritizes his life and survival before others, to threaten this philosophy is a trigger that induces a drastic change in both behavior, speech, thought process, and his actions.

Appearance:
White haired individual with orange colored eyes, standing at a full height of about five feet and eleven inches. Very calm expression can bee seen on him most of the time, his face is very warm and welcoming though his personality can halve this. His hair is short for the sake of his profession, had he his way it would be much longer. The outline of his frame is a combination of slender and athletic, where he focuses on building his legs and mid-section mostly.

His attire is pretty standard. Bearing blue jeans, a white collared shirt that is short sleeved. There is a light-green colored scarf that is without question his body length if not a bit longer. It wraps around his neck and is spaced out for him to burrow his chin and lips in as a means of showing his respect through silence.

Stickers/Tattoos
:

Splinters - Originally dubbed as "The Fan" as a sticker, Splinters is the fully developed form into a full-body tattoo that spreads across Rien's entire body, appearing as cracks or Splinters.

Splinters works just as "The Fan" did, splitting off from Rien's body forming pieces of super-sharp paper with the ability to alter it's shape and dimensions accordingly. Rien himself can become paper momentarily, but this is only ever used to cover large distances and is ultimately when he is at his most vulnerable. Splinters has been used to protect Rien, but completely covering his body fortifying it with either spiked stalactites, or creating a shell or dome. In addition to this, he can scatter splinters off from himself and fire the super-sharp paper off like projectiles. Within a range of about 100 meters, he has telepathic guidance over where splinters can go, however he depends on both line of sight and if his splinters are making physical contact with a target to keep up it's somewhat unreliable tracking capabilities. Splinters can transform into anything with dimensional edges, it's virtually life-sized origami on steroids and can be super-sharpened or hardened depending on the situation. Lastly, Splinters offers the user the ability to transmute physical matter into to paper or splinters itself. This can extend to a maximum range it can effect of approximately 8 meters. For example, Rien can touch a wall, and 8 meters down, turn a picture into an origami version of it, without leaving the spot he's standing, just to give you an idea of his range. His transmutations into Splinters has to travel through some kind of material before it affects a desired spot. Splinters classification is an Ability-Unique.

Memory Theft - Like other collectors, Rien is able to aptly take away the memories of stray series of fragments. (I am just assuming here) the skill one believe varies on the individual collect as to how memories are taken away. Rien uses heterochromia, where one of his orange eyes will become teal colored, and peer into the weakened or confined fragment. Slowly it dissolves what feint bits of memory they have.

Bio: Rien chose to abandon his past life for one as a collector. He remembers only the events of the previous game in which he participated, and select things from his life before, mainly about his nickname.

Other: TheLOL_Flashlight was a username Rien used online in a beta test for an unreleased game called "Grafight". His character used identical skill sets to his current Tattoo "Splinters"

Why Did You Decide to Become a Collector?: To remind everyone that he encounters, that securing survival is always more important than self-sacrifice. To remind the Fragments to whom they harass, of their hypocrisy when struggling to do just this, regardless of being an enemy its YOUR choice to live.

Rien came out great Dar. I'm in love with the evolution of the sticker into the tattoo.

xD You guys'll see later on today that my appearance is like a "black" version of quite the familiar face.

Edit: All my stickers/tattoos are completed. Once they've been looked over by EWS I'll edit accordingly if need be.

Alright Dar, you're good!

Tav: You're pretty much good, as far as the Sidereal Dragon Eye? There's just something I'm confused on. So there's two forms of it right? The first, physical dark substance which looks like light but is freezing cold and the second is it's full power which can take the form of physical weapons. Is the first form not a solid? What shape does it take, if any (for my writing purposes when anyone goes against you)? And how could someone be affected by it? The second form, you mentioned 'formed appendages' do those work like Naruto's in his chakra mode? Other than that I think i get the gist of it. So once you clear that up, Ill go ahead and accept!

ALSO: Guys, I'm putting up a Other/MISC section in the first post regarding cell phones. A small but fun detail. I would like you all to update your temps' 'other' section with the brand of phone you have. Not super important, but I think it'll make it fun.

EDIT: It's actually called the Communication section :D

KK, I edited it a bit to explain more about what kind of substance it is and how it works. I fleshed out the forming of the actual sidereal dragon, so that should answer the appendage question.

I also removed the part about sidereal essence being formed into weapons, I really don't need the ability.

Swag. I'll add you guys to the first post. If you want, feel free to include a phone! The brands are in the first post.

EDIT: I decided I'd just edit my temp in here as to avoid double posting. Revamped "Graffiti Sword". Anyone feel like being judge and jury on my temp and approve or disapprove of my current abilities? I'm not done with them yet buuuut I figured it'd be good to do before I continued. By the way Dar, totally inspired by Grafight sequence so I stole the "Terkoiz" moniker.

Name:
Shiro "Terkoiz" Akeizu

Age:
15

Gender:
Male

Type of Fragmented:
Blank

Personality:
Shiro is a walking smiley face. Upbeat and optimistic you almost can't catch him without a goofy grin or a determined smirk to get him through the day. Leave it to Shiro to convince you that there's a way out of every bad situation and to trust him to help you find it. He thinks all people can be reasoned with, and diplomacy is always an option. If it were up to him, he could scramble, struggle, and make it through any situation, even if it's by the skin of his teeth. And often, he's usually this lucky. This good nature can lead Shiro to be naive to a fault, he can become too trusting or too forgiving or too sympathetic even when your intention is to wipe out his existence. Even when the chips are down, he'll probably laugh and make some kind of joke about how bleak things are. He'd probably say something like: "Yeah things look bad now...but have you heard Red Velvet's new album??"

Of what little he knows about himself, Shiro knows that he likes art and music. Almost to the point where he can go on tangents about color, color theory, the way something is painted/drawn, or certain instruments in music or the way something is composed. Like, really annoying tangents.

However, despite all of this, he hides a deep rooted anger inside of him. Almost scary to the point where it's often questionable if that "happy go lucky" personality is just an attempt to hide this. Shiro hates unfairness in the world, he hates oppressors, rules, and systems. He hates things that he views as injustices and can be thrown into a blind rage over such things. This rage is uncharacteristic and can almost completely contradict every principle previously stated. It can be said that Shiro hides fear, anger, disappointment, sadness, grief, all behind that goofy grin. This is a mystery most to Shiro himself, who cannot understand where this comes from....

Appearance:
Shiro is of very slim build, one might even say he is skinny. Standing at around 5'8" he's about average height. Being of African American and Japanese descent, three of his most striking features are 1) he has albinism so he posses pale skin despite his ancestry, 2)This albinism comes paired with freckles across the middle of his face and 3)His piercing, turquoise colored hair and eyes hence his nickname.

Shiro carries a silver Talkio Universe 2.5. All the apps installed look strangely familiar except one...what's "Memory Mapp"?

Theme Song: Jidenna - Long Live The Chief

Why Do You Decide to Participate?: "Well it doesn't look like I have a choice do I?"

By the way, Tavish should e added to the "collectors" section. I'm feeling cool starting anew and all, so I'll be making a fragmented character too, just so I can have fun trying it out. It'll probably be a female.

Edit: Your paint matter seems legit to me.

If ANY of this is F'd up, let me know. I'll send Harm's bio to you in a day or two, Sora. And yes, Harmony is Cheza, but revamped, as I said.

Awesome! Just a couple questions.

1. Is there a specific reason why the Bo-Staffs are paired with The Healing Waters? You could separate them by sticker.

2. For Blaster's "Hellfire", is the armor and forcefields he generates MADE of the Hellfire?

They kinda work in tandem with her hydrokenesis. White with healing/defense, black with offense.

Anything he uses that technique for is made of either fire, magma, or lava. So the armor he'll use is hardened lava.
