Re: Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood - Coming early Summer 2017

I believe you can transfer with your retainers with set limits to those as well as the limit on yourself. He had 3 retainers.

I think retainers can transfer 100,000, not positive though. If he had all 6 mil on hand though, and only tranferred 1,300,000 if my numbers are correct, then that means the rest of your FC's money became virtual dust. What a friggin' waste.

I don't think it is. I have to muster up the motivation to start playing again after this, anyways. The two others that were involved in this mess were also affected like me and they haven't played too much either. It's nicer to play with people IRL sometimes. u_u" There are a lot of factors too like I need to set up a computer of my own rather than using my roommate's.

Re: Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood - Coming early Summer 2017

The only way to transfer gil between servers is to make another chara, trade gil to that, then transfer that chara. Annoying. It was the same way in XI. (Check the transfer stuff to make sure you can transfer ONE chara and not your main as well first though.)

As it is Annoyance, if I find anyone by that name, he's getting his butt beat.

Also I'm now trying to get my mining gear up to snuff and save up notes so I can respec. Rather be prepared on that.

Did they stop selling those 60 day time cards? I've got one that's yet to be opened and redeemed. Was hoping to get the one with the Heavensward image on it too after that.

Not sure Magnus. I usually just buy crysta directly to pay for it, tho I have bought a time card off Amazon not too long ago (electronic code) b/c things got hairy for a while.

I'd say check Amazon.

Don't have Amazon in my country but checked Amazon UK anyway and it's no longer available.

No luck on the sweets so far. But seems they did a boo boo.

There's a couple solo fights. I'm stuck on the second. Since they're having a asston of people trying to get though these..it just sucks. Basically they need to make a queue. ^^

Lots of neat changes made even for those of us who aren't on Stormblood yet. The updated maps are great. And the faster mounts is really nice!

By the way, those of you who are in early access for SB, did they keep the HW voice actors or did they change yet again?

Faster mounts is a godsend. I got back in about a month ago and thought "Man, traversing by mount is slower than I remember..."

Re: Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood - Coming early Summer 2017

I can't tell without checking the credits myself, but they sound about the same. That does NOT mean anything since they could of gotten sound alikes.

Be glad you haven't gotten there yet. The first two instanced fights are murder to get into right now..I cannot get though the second one, so I started decorating my apartment. Still got a ways to go but it's starting to look like a home...

LOL!

Oh and if you didn't realize, Stormblood has a lot of FF6 references, starting with Doma. It's part of the fun, you know?

And I've been having a good time, and enjoying the story. I hope the rest of you guys can join me there eventually!

I finally beat Heavensward (3.0)! Only 44 additional story quests before Stormblood then!

Thanks to a friend, I'VE BEATEN STORMBLOOD!

That's a shock as well. Usually expansion stories are revealed in stages. Kudos to Square though; I can see more story coming out of this. ^^

Can tell the rest of you; go for it. You won't be sorry.

I need to catch up and finish Heavensward, I've been hearing awesome things about Stormblood's campaign.

Woah, that was fast.

I never even finished A Realm Reborn. I got to 42. I feel my reasons are petty, but I gave up because I had cool armour, and then the game decided to take me back to the thong appearance phase I thought I had outgrown.

Yeah, a lot of people in my FC have already beaten it too and loved every minute of it (other than the issues related to server congestion that were of course only temporary).
