Well, i wouldn't say they had it planned per say just that they kinda leave loose ends in every KH game to help connect into the new one. I just mean that they don't have all the details worked out in advanced just that they just leave themselves stuff to work with in the future games.

your probably right on some level. Remember that Nomura made BbS knight outfits only because Final fantasy 12 was in development at the time and he liked them. so some cross pollination never hurt.
