xD, yes that you do. Just make a new later softly brush black around that light source and set it to like soft light or overlay =)
I use that or a custom brush, but I still can't smudge well enough. I could smudge perfectly in CS3, but in GIMP, I just can't :/

Yeah i kinda thought the light source was a bit too bright, =\, maybe i can add a black overlay layer to dim it =)

Honestly, i say the B&w version, it makes that light source you have going at the top a bit more useful, still if i were to say one of the colored ones, then well i would say remove or somehow make it blend in so its not an eye killer. However, as i said B&W version is best IMO.
