i found it. i sure wish i drew it, but i only have time in school to make my own. >_<
i think i found it on photobucket a few years back and saved it. then i was just looking through my pix and found it lolthe fact that its literally below sea level and hurricanes wreck it like all the time, and the only thing keeping water out are the levies (which are crap, they need to be repaired). lol, i say the government just needs to evacuate that area now and just let the water in, it will save money in the long run.
