I don't know about this. GoW 2018 didn't have several years of prequel phone game plot that still waits to be untangled and dealt with in the present. The first couple KH4 worlds will probably be simple, just the usual "huhhh what's going on???" said by Sora as he falls backwards into adventure...

I agree. Under normal circumstances they'd be in a hurry to get that gacha money and to get started on a long story that will bleed into KH4. I wish we could peak behind the curtain because something must be deeply wrong if even the gacha is MIA.

It's been forever but I'm still in love with the idea of a Kingdom Hearts movie/series. I hope they finally do it now. This would be a good place to use a worldline, go have some crazy adventure without worrying about 'canon' or bumping into whatever huge story Nomura is (slowly) cooking up.

Sora entered a book to visit Pooh, could he do the same with Marvel comics? Like jump into an issue of Hulk? That could explain why the entire Marvel cast doesn't show up during a Heartless invasion, they're not written into the story. I think good comic picks would be... Iron Man or Ant-Man...
