    Well, Lee's been talking nonstop about beating him, right? Who do YOU think would win: Lee with his Hidden Lotust and taijutsu, or Neji with his Byakugan and ninjutsu? Since Lee doesn't use ninjutsu, Neji's Byakugan wouldn't be of much use. And Lee's speed makes it difficult for Neji to keep up...
