I guess he was sealing the keyhole to that world. The Keyblade acts on its own will, so when it felt the keyhole, it's natural course of action would be to seal it. Those are my thoughts, anyway.

I got it too. I love how much it reminds me of the first game.

Epcar does a good Xehanort/Ansem, but from the gameplay and trailers, Terra should probably have a younger-sounding voice. Probably Johnny Young Bosch or somebody else? As for Master Xehanort, Mark Hamil would be badass.
