8-bit Converter?

Hey, I'm trying to find a program that can convert .mp3's* into 8-bit. Yet, I can't find one! Can somone provide me a link to download to a good one?

Uh, you won't be able to find such a program.

8-bit music only has four channels being played at once, where as your typical mp3 music file can have nearly an infinite number. If such a program were made, all your music would sound very stripped down, missing entire instruments that were there before.

What you could do is find out how to make your own 8-bit music. :v
