A crazy idea if Wasteland ( from Epic Mickey ) gets his own world in KHIII

Many people have asked a lot to see this world that was featured in the Epic Mickey games ( 1 & 2 ) and it would be a really nice idea to see Oswald in Kingdom Hearts.


But, I have an idea that would be really nice. As you may know, Sora in the beggining was half Lion and half human while he had a saw as a weapon instead of the actual the keyblade.

What if Sora gets to see "his brother" in Wasteland ? Wouldn't that be really nice ?

That would be cool to see Sora's original design in the game somehow. You bring up a good point. Oswald was Walt's original hero instead of Mickey, it could almost be a minor world where there are a lot of "rejected/forgotten" characters.

That would be a cool idea! I'm not sure if the Wasteland is really for forgotten designs, though (haven't played the games in a while, so I don't remember ;~, but that would be a cool idea anyway~

I do really hope that they bring in the Wasteland in KH3, even though it's based on something from another game. It's completely owned by Disney and I believe it's pretty popular in Japan, so maybe it's a possibility? ;0; Regardless, Oswald definitely needs to be in the next game, even if he just shows up at Disney Castle lol.

Since Sora's lion form was supposed to be his original design, it'd be pretty cool if there was a breaking the fourth wall moment when Sora meets him.

I never considered the possibility of the Wastelands in KH, but after the OP's idea I could see it happening. Especially since every disney propert is free game

I think this is a great idea! I think a world based on epic mickey's setting has a lot of potential. You can even work how Sora gets there in a similar way since Yen Sid is also within KH.
Sora meeting Sora would be the highlight of the whole thing.

Now that you bring it up, having Sora's old design used anywhere would be amazing! Especially if they handled it creatively.

My only gripe about this idea (which I very much enjoy), is that it's simply too meta for the series. It would be just as out of place as Pride Lands and Port Royal.
