Ok, this challenge for people who make psp portals, such as the vista mac ect portals. Can somebody make a KH PSP Portal. I would really love it.

From what I can determine, a "Portal" that you are referring to is a Theme, or way to change the icons and background image? Well, I don't think anyone on KHI will be willing to make you a Theme, much alone a KH themed one (Kingdom Hearts Sucks!). I would try Kingdom Hearts PSP theme - Google Search
