When Xemnas(Unknown) was introduced in KHFM did he go through Sora to steal his Memories for Xion

[B]OR[/B] was is he testing Sora to see if Roxas was worthy for the Organization?

The scene as a whole reminds us a lot of what went on with Marluxia in CoM, and how he sampled Sora's Memories.
Nothing was confirmed either way about it, but the similarities to Marluxia's actions, as well as the fact that the very next day, Xion joined the Organization, would lead us to think that Xion is the reason they retconned into Xemnas being in Hollow Bastion - aside from visiting the CoR, of course.

As for Roxas's worth for the Organization, that's all but redundant. He has the Keyblade - he's NEEDED by the Org, if only for Xion's sake.

I don't think Xemnas would test Sora to see if Roxas was worthy to join.
He needed a keyblade weilder to accomplish his goals and he got one through Roxas.

Then again, Xemnas needed Sora's memories for Xion, who he could also use to harvest hearts.
