I get it. Because the helmet sunk in around his face. They should of went with this version.

I felt like the original version didn't fit with the rest of the film. This version suits the tone so much more.

I am going to be completely honest with you, I lied I haven't seen this movie, but my friends have told me alot about this movie, so I kind of know what happens, I just have one question before I pick it up tomorrow, are there tons of aliens in this movie?

That depends on if you mean Xenomorphs or not.

That's the term used for the original Alien.

Amazon.

Also this isn't a direct prequel. It just happens to take place in the same universe. There are plenty of aliens, but not the kind from the Alien movies.

I guess I will just have to wait until tomorrow morning, kind of sucks though because I wanted to watch it tonight with a friend. The walmart near me is closing down and moving to a new location, so that leaves that out of the question, and the nearest one is 30 miles away from my house.

Thank God, I was a little worried since they said she wasn't in it at first.

I'm glad she's in it for the sake of continuity. It would have been so jarring for her to have disappeared.

As excited as I am for this, I just want Alien 5 (or 3 if they do end up ignoring 3 and 4) to happen already.

I've finally found people who like the Alien series! Yeah, there has been people that want an Alien movie that ignores 3 and 4. (SPOILERS) I hated it when they killed off Hicks and Newt in Alien 3. I noticed a lot of people weren't happy with that as well as Ripley's death. Then in Alien 4 it just got ridiculous with there being a clone of Ripley. I noticed in the video game, "Alien Colonial Marines", it was ignoring Alien 3 and 4 because Hicks was still alive as well as Ripley and Newt.

Not much to be said about it. It left many questions unanswered while answering little to no important questions. On it's own it's a "decent" movie (with some idiotic characters for the sake of continuing the story) but tied to the alien franchise, it wasn't very good. The ending was also very predictable. Looking forward to "Alien: Awakening" though.

I was upset about the ending, but I knew what was up. Definitely had the gore in the movie which I admit was decent.
I really don't like what happened with Shaw in the movie, that was kinda low...
But I don't say it was a bad movie, there were some aspects I did find appealing.
