And that grey thing on Sora's back most likely a part of his shirt and not an armor piece.
Seriously what is that thing in the picture? Looks like a fat bear in blue-green ballerina dress.
I reckon the party members are Riku's enemy (could relate to MoM) and the enemies for Sora are Riku's party members. The first time i saw the footage i knew it wasn't donald and goofy(refer to discussion topic). Perhaps Riku's jealousy manifests into a new type of enemy (kind of like how Vanitas' rage/pain turned into unversed) and Sora's lack of trust(in Riku) turns into a type of enemy.
So Riku's party members are his manifested jealousy and Sora's party members are his manifested trust issues, and in order to get rid of these bad feelings toward each other, for the mark of mastery these creatures face each other, where Riku's allies are Sora's enemy and Sora's allies are Riku's enemy.
We will find out in a few days i guess

Eh, I don't think so. I definitely don't want anymore of the jealousy/trust issues between Sora and Riku either.
All this stuff needs to go into the analysis thread. It was hard enough keeping up with 2 rapidly updating threads about the same topic.

Actually, it isn't that bad of an idea. It could be the whole point of the Mark of Mastery. Considering the things both Riku and Sora have done already, I feel there isn't much of a reason to put them through an actual test except for working this out.
What if this is going FFXIII-2 and we get to have monsters in our party? Ignore me it is six in the morning...it is the only thing I can think of with that blue bunny/panda/bear thing.
I don't think Sora is wearing armor at all. When he jumps the white doesn't move like a piece of armor would.
Also, I can see trust issues between Sora and Riku. They worked through their jealousy at the end of KH2, but trust is on a completely different level. Xemnas was trying to get the two to mistrust each other during their battle with him, so I find it likely this is what we'll be dealing with for this game. Also trust issues cam go deeper into insecurity problems over one's self. Sora and Riku obviously wanted to be like the other because they felt they were lacking in something. This lack of trust in one's self can only add to trust issues between friends. The feeling that they will leave or betray you...not understanding what it is you are going through. It all leads to miscommunication and ultimately makes their insecurities grow and trust become harder to accomplish.
That is what I think we might see...if not, oh fudge it I tried.

I think the member above Sora looks like Jack Skellington...but that's just me. And It's too blurry to figure out who's above that.
I think that might be a new enemy. Could be a new party member. Wonder who the bottom screen character icons are? Riku and someone else... Maybe we'll have more than three party members this time? Gosh O.O

Maybe sharpening the image a bit would help us to decipher who that party member is? Right now, the dude to me looks like Pete's and some lesser Nobody's lovechild.

I want whatever we can get really. Maybe new Disney and Final Fantay characters that aren't a part of a Disney world and like three new original supporting characters that are important somewhere along the lines. Just as long as it uses the characters we already have and develops them, I am good with everything else.
It's so hilarious...every second thread we have some people warning not to enter the hype-train too much as this was the main reason that KH 2 was such a let-down for many (not me btw), and yet here we are drooling over some blurry pictures where just Sora is barely recognizable. LMAO.
I knew I was going to hype whenever 3D news was going to come out. Warning others not to is fine, though. I've been excited for 3D since we got the announcement at E3 last year.
