we all want to be thin, but some parts don't get thin... like the butt

so what are the exercises that can make it smaller?

I'm sure if you just tighten/squeez your buttcheeks together tones your butt up.

Well.. thats what my mum tells me. Other than that, I really don't know.

you can also 'clench' lol whilst taking exaggerated steps up a hill, and one where you lie dwon with one leg across the other and pull upwards and toward you.

...we used to be made to do these in PE.

Well, you could always do the Air Chair and hold that position for like 10 minutes each time and do it about 20 times. We used to do that for football because it's also good for the back of the legs, which those of us on the line tend to use quite often.

Put a bar between your cheeks and lay on your stomach and tighten your but around the bar and un-tighten. Repeat this process for ten minutes a day for two weeks and you'll see results.

It is impossible to exercise to reduce fat in specific parts of the body, you can only lose fat from your entire body as a whole.

I just remembered somethin' that would work. It's a diet type deal that has the effect of gettin' rid of you ass, I've seen it happen and even worked on me.

Anyways, drink a glass of milk after eating one raw egg, prefferably straight from the shell, and then jog or run a mile. Continue for desired results. And chances are you'll lose the ass from shittin' it all out.
