I agree with this. If you want idea's, look at other artist's work's. You'll get some inspiration eventually.

Just don't steal other's sigs.

Choose a stock that is flexible to work with, keeping in mind the colors, quality, etc. Be creative and experiment.

And look up some tutorials like they said. DeviantArt is your friend.

Go to google and google up "Stock photobucket". You'll get albums. That's all I do, eventually I come across a picture that gets me goin'.
