Has anyone on here taken an AP exam before? Last May, I took the AP World History Exam and I got a five! It is such an awesome feeling! But have any of you here taken an AP Exam before?

I took the AP United States History test last May.

I WAS DISMAYED. There were no questions about war. And I only remember one quesiton about policy, and it was the stupid Open Door Policy, and I was like, "Oh, I remember that had something to do with China! Maybe the options will tell me now." And the options were:

A. Something about China.
B. Something about China.
C. Something about China.
D. Something about China.

...>.> I was royally screwed. XD

There was a VERY engaging question about the Electric Toaster, however. And isn't that what's REALLY important about America's History? Not laws, or wars, or events... but a timeline of kitchenware. Yes, sweet liberty shines.

I got a three. XD

... I'm taking that next year. XD I guess I should pick up a book on the history of US appliances. XD The AP World exam was pretty straight forward. But I don't remember any of the multiple choice questions... A lot on China and women, as that is what was stressed throughout the year. XD I'm scared for the US now though. o.o

I took the AP US History and AP English Language and Comp. test two years ago, I got a 3 on the history, 4 on the English. I took AP Lit this past May, I got a 4 on that, also.

Meh, I got a 4 on my English exam last year. But I'm taking AP Chem this year so, yeah it might not turn out so good.

I took AP World last year. Holy christ, that sucked. Literally, we walked into the testing room, had a muffin and a juice box shoved into our hands, and once we finished that, we then proceeded to bash our brains out over the next few hours.

Worse? I didn't study.

I don't think I did that bad; the essays weren't all that. Also, my teacher's one of the AP exam scorers, so hopefully she gets my paper, and I get like a six or something. ^-^

Nah. I'm hoping for a 4, at best.

Yay! An AP World person! XD Yeah, the essays weren't bad, but the DBQ was random as heck! XD "Write about the Olympics." Who thinks of that? And I did a lot of studying. The course in my school was a two year course, and I joined after the first year with three other girls. But it was an awesome experience, and it'll help me next year when I take AP US, AP Physics, and I think also AP Literature. I'm not sure 'bout the last one, but I know it is English related. XD

I took AP World as well. Still waiting for my scores, but the majority of my friends got 5's, soooooo I'm hoping I get the same.
And no one I know has failed or anything, so it gives me a glimmer of hope.

The DBQ was the easiest one for me, seeing as it required no knowledge of history at all. But I had no idea what the f*** I was saying during the CCOT and Comparitive essays. But I managed to get through more than 2 pages for each, so hopefully I'll at least pass them.
And I did a lot of studying.
ahahahaha no. I didn't even buy a book.

Srsly? It's only one year, but APWH has the biggest workload out of any other class at my school, so I guess that makes up for it.

The AP Chem this year wasn't too difficult in hindsight. I thought I wouldn't have surpassed a 3 but I got a 4. AP US is so much easier than AP World. 250 period for one country (most of the facts we've learned since Elementary) vs a 2000 year period on a Global scale. =/

Don't be scared for the APUSH test. I talked to my teachers and peers and everyone, and the classes before mine all say that our year was just like... A billion times harder than theirs. I'm sure they won't pull the same thing twice. :/ They couldn't. But yeah. Study your appliances, just to be sure. >.>

I didn't study at all, but then... I guess it wouldn't have mattered, because I wouldn't have studied the electric toaster. We took the multiple choice exams from previous years, and I aced those. Like, really aced them. And my classmates were like, "YOU'RE GONNA GET A 5!"

But alas. XD It wasn't meant to be. I'm just glad I passed that stupid test.

tl;dr: I bet my year just got screwed over, and that your test will be fine.

I'm a horrible English speaker, but AP English was pretty easy for me, out of all AP classes. ^^ Science is the worst...although I'm gonna major in it =(
