I always thought Terra was somehow meant to resemble Zack and Ven was meant to resemble Cloud and how he looks lost or deep in thought in almost every pic. So Terra having the same as Zack somehow comes to no surprise to me

Other than that, I'm not really sure who should voice Aqua. I honestly can't think of a single person who would do a good job. Not that I don't think any of them would, I just can't think of any celebrity in particular who would do her voice well. ;
