Yup, it was just I realizing the difference just now. Guess I haven't paid enough attention to the pillar-pictures for me noticing only now...heck, was I blind? Even his shoulder-armour is missing in his younger incarnation.
*slaps himself*

As for the new art, the only difference I can see in Ven's is that his arms are placed differently, he leans more towards the viewer and has a slightly different facial expression.
For Terra's, he has now Earthshaker instead of Ends of the Earth, his hair is more detailed and the colour contrasts are made better.

Never explicitly stated, but should be between 17 and 20.

The Ven drawing isn't the one from the awakening, it just kind of resembles it. It looks like he should be holding a Keyblade though...

The only redrawn ones are the Terra and mickey ones.

Well, one could say very close resembles it. Actually, while Sign has noted the similarities of the drawing I've pointed out the differences earlier.
For the keyblade...well, maybe that's just Nomura giving another nod to Ven's benign and kind personality by drawing him without a weapon.
Second possibility: He was just to lazy to draw a detailed wayward wind again.

Why? It's just going to have English voices and Japanese text, since it a Japanese exclusive game.
