Best place to get cosplay costume

I was wondering were you can get good cosplay costume online. For costume, wigs, accessories, props, and shoes.

I always thought that you simply can't get a nice costume for cosplay online. Sure, it could be perfect for a costume party at your backyard but getting those for the real festival like Comic-Con or similar is ridiculous!
When I'm making a costume I try to make everything on my own with occasional help from my friends. I look for tools like this and make a proper hairstyle by myself, same goes with dress and accessories.

I would recommend doing what my brother did for his; check cons, and find someone who sews costumes. This works if you can't sew.

The rest, you'll have to get crafty and make yourself.
