Well with the first flaw I can somewhat answer. Namine reconstructed Sora's memories back to the way they were so whether or not RoXas is Sora's Nobody has nothing to do with it reconstructing Sora's memories.

While it is true that Roxas wasn't required in returning Sora's memories back to the way they were, he was required in making Sora whole again. Ansem the Wise's whole plan was to destroy Xemnas and the Organization with it by using Sora and the Keyblade.

but what if RoXas(Ven) was actually watching everthing while his heart was in Sora but didn't remember it when he got out because it was like a repressed memory

You are again assuming that Ven is Sora's Nobody just renamed as Roxas or something. Or you're confused as to when BBS occurs.

and thats why DiZ had RoXas in the Data Twilight Town to extract Sora's memories from his brain and thats why RoXas was dreaming about Sora.

The reason Ansem the Wise kept Roxas in the Digital Twilight Town was so he could keep him in one place in a place he was comfortable and familiar with for when Sora's memories were finally reconstructed. Roxas didn't have any Sora's memories, he had his own which is how Ansem the Wise was even able to create the Digital Twilight Town, because Roxas had been there before. That can be seen in the ending to KH Re: COM Reverse/Rebirth as well as the footage we've seen from 358/2 Days. That's also how Vexen was able to create the Twilight Town that was in Chains of Memories, Sora said he felt nostalgic about it because he remembers it in the "other side of his heart" which is Roxas.

IT COULD BE, what if Roxas fused sora when he founded him on the basement of the mansion, and then when this "ROXAS" is in the floor in front of the digital mansion, and xemnas tells to ROXAS "a new you" What if that messaged was told TO Ven?, I think it could be because ROXAS already knew of him on that time (at least if this cutscene is before this) Also this is following your BIG THEORY

Read my post. It explains why Roxas cannot be Ven. Roxas and Ven are separate entities, and there is no possibility that they could be the same. Not even in the trillionth percentile. It's literally 0%.

What are you even talking about? That makes no sense whatsoever, there's only one Roxas and he "fuses" with Sora after his memories are put back to the way they were before Castle Oblivion. Plus how would Xemnas even know about Ven? And again what?! Please fix your grammar.
