Can anyone help this problem?

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section but it is anime related.

I downloaded 12 episodes of Naruto, and when i went to play them they all give me the "Error downloading codec" on Windows Media Player, i can hear them all fine but i don't see the picture, does anyone know what this is and.. is there anything i can do to fix this?

(please move this if it is in wrong section and tell me where it will be moved plz) Thanks

you might need a different media player like divX. thats the only answer i can give you. hope it helps.
