Ill work on the title later, but yeah. Just read xD

‘Wait up, Evan! You walk too fast!” The young woman’s voice was carried down the street by the cool morning air. Water trickled down onto the pavement from the damp leaves of the few trees running along the sidewalk. The morning dew making the lawns of the well kept suburban homes shine, reflecting the light from the sun of a new day. Besides the occasional car passer-by and obnoxious teen, the area was relatively quite and peaceful. It was just another ordinary morning in this small suburban town. Light footsteps treaded down the side walk, a stream of long, shinny, brunette hair trailing from behind. The hurried footsteps were quick to join another pair, the pace beginning to slow. ‘Fine,’ a young man’s voice spoke carelessly, ‘whatever you want, Jas’

The pair walked side by side, the size difference very humorous. The young man was quite tall with very broad shoulders and a large, toned build. He was obviously athletic and not afraid to show it. He wore a tight black wife beater, accenting his core muscles and chest. A grey, hooded, zip up jacket hid his arms, shoulders, and back, but it was still obvious to tell of their shape and tone. His hair was of medium length, black and spiked all around. Although they were hidden under a pair of dark blue baggy pants, his legs were massive and very defined. To top it off, he was quite handsome. His name was Evan; a junior at Haven High School and a top-notch athlete. Although the girls loved him, the guys hated him even more. Being a loner and sort of a mystery to others, it only heightened his sex appeal and popularity.

The young woman, on the other hand was a different story. She was short and thin, but had very nice ‘attributes’ to say the least. A tight, white t-shirt and tight, blue jeans only accented these features. But it was her beauty that ‘caught most people’s eye. Her name was Jasmine and was also a junior at Haven High School. Popular with both the girls and guys, she could easily be one of the most popular people at the school. If it weren’t for her bubbly, generous, kindness, and naivety, she probably wouldn’t have this popularity, or be in most of the situations that she gets herself into. She is often taken advantage of and manipulated. If it weren’t for Evan, she probably wouldn’t the person who she is now. They have been best friends since they were in the 6th grade when they sat next to each other in science. She would just talk to him non-stop and he would just sit there, acting as if he wasn’t listening, but he was. It took her some time before she even got a word out of his mouth, but over time he would become more attentive and actually contribute to the conversation instead of letting her ramble. Since then, their relationship continued to grow until they became like brother and sister.

They both walked slowly down the quiet, empty street eventually coming to an intersection. By this time, the sun was up and out, shining brightly above in the clear blue sky. Without even the thought of looking for any cars, Jasmine continued into the street. Suddenly a screech echoed into their ears, followed by the sound of a loud horn. Jasmine quickly whipped her head in the direction of the alarming sound. She was stricken with fear as a small, red car came roaring towards her. Her throat became dry; she could not yell. She went deaf; all sound had evaporated. The only thing left was the cold fear running down her spine and the sight of the scariest thing she could possibly think of at the moment. She attempted to close her eyes in an attempt to repel the image of the car racing towards her furiously, but she was caught in a trance. Memories began to come and go at an alarming pace. Her muscles loosened, her eyes became heavy, and fog began to cloud her mind. Suddenly, she was dwelling in darkness. Her body floated endlessly in the abyss, paralyzed. Time was lost, no sense of anything, just the one thought that haunted every corner of her mind. “Am I dead?”

Thats cool, Redemption. I like that show alot. As do many others, so, my guess is you will have plenty of fans for this fic once people find out its related to Heroes.
