The items drop list that was posted and the thunder gem or shard was supposed to be in Halloween Town and Mulan but i have had no luck, please help!

Thunder Gem is dropped by Devestator and Strafer in Space Paranoids and the Thunder Shard is dropped by Bolt Towers and Rapid Thrusters.
For easy Thunder Shards, go to the top of Pride Rock in the Pride Lands, and it's actually Lightning Gem and Lightning Shard, although Thunder is OK as well.
