The song is in swedish and is basially about how to dance the caramelldansen. In another wordsm you haven't missed out much.

Caramelldansen (Swedish for The Caramell Dance) is the first track of the album Supergott released in 2001 by the Swedish music group Caramell. Beginning in the latter half of 2006, the song became a popular Internet meme when its sped-up "Speedycake Remix" was overlaid on top of a Flash animation of two characters from the Japanese visual novel Popotan. The fifteen second animation loop features the characters Mai and Mii doing a hip swing dance with their hands over their heads imitating rabbit ears.
