The point of Card/Sleight Blind is to "Hide" your cards from enemy eyes. Its like this, usually whenever you use a card, the enemy can use a higher or a zero card to null it. With the blind effect you can hide the cards and sleights so the enemy cards won't work against you and you won't easily.
