Riku was flabbergasted. And he wasn't sure if he could even spell that word. Anyway, he stood there, staring at her extending hand and the look that she was giving him. A look of "get this over with" crossed with "Riku, your passing up a chance to dance with me"
He looked over at their two foes, that were interestingly watching them. He turned back to Every and took her hand. He noticed how badly it was sweating, yet somewhat cool. She pulled him closer to her and whispered, "Do you know ANYTHING about dancing?"
"I know how to do the drunk chicken..."
"Somehow, I don't think that is going to help us."
"Sorry Every."
"It's ok. Just follow my lead..."
"I'm not following a girl. No disrespect, but girls should be following guys..."
Every twisted his hand painfully. "Fine. We'll follow each other. "
"Whatever...", he said, although her answer to that did seem to resonate in his mind.
"Now, take your other hand and place it on my shoulder and use this hand to place on my back near my hips.", she instructed. As he reached out, she suddenly snapped his hand back.
"If your hand dares to even have a FINGERTIP touch my ass, you'll be seeing stars. Got it?"
Riku nodded. "Just trust me, I know what I am doing."
Somewhat clumsily, they began to do a small four step.
"1 2 3 4, 1 2 3 4..."
She turned around and pressed her back towards Riku as he spun her in a circle by spinning her hips. They broke apart and grabbed one hand to dance in an arc around the other. The raven began to laugh.
"I see what your trying to pull little girl. You must be thinking that your going to draw out the heartpeace binding me to Mytho's body by using the best dance. Well, we'll see if that succeeds.", he muttered. Kraehe and the raven began to dance again, definately more graceful than Every and Riku. Riku twirled her as she had a leg out and placed a hand on her back so that she could bend backwards over it.
"Now I need you to lift me up above your head..."
"Are you crazy? I am barely keeping up with this."
"Will you just trust me already?"
"Fine."
He then threw her upwards into the air as she did a graceful spin, curving over so that Riku would have to catch her. He caught her and nearly dropped her. Riku could tell that she was really tired and maybe minutes away from passing out.
"Now set me down and let's do the one routine again."
"What's the matter, you pick a partner that can't even dance?", Kraehe laughed.
Every whispered something to Riiku, whose eyes suddenly glinted over when he realized what her plan was. He took and spun her in a complete arc before she called out.
"Dance of Darkness!"
A dark aura seemed to surround the two, thanks to Riku's Soul Eater. The dark energy spun wildly around the two as it flared off in different directions, smacking straight into the raven and Kraehe. Before the two could register what happened, Riku had hurled Every into the air, who clapped her hands together and drew out her automail blade, her whole body still spinning with dark energy. She spun straight at them, slashing them as hard as she could.
Kraehe screamed as she disappered in a flash of dark purple and raven feathers. The raven however, stood kneeled over, too weak to keep grasping onto the mortal body.
"Damn...you...to hell...", he breathed before he was surrounded by a red glow. He screamed out in pain as the red light shot out of his body and spiraled upwards to the ceiling, smashing through the glass roof and disappering into the sky. Mytho's body slumped forward, possibly too tired to get up. Every and Riku stood there above him, panting heavily before he turned to her.
"That was a pretty good idea. By the way, I didn't know you liked dancing..."
"Shut up Riku..."
Sora and the others caught up with them. While Ahiru and Fakir took care of Mytho, Sora had flung himself at Every and was hugging her really hard.
"Yay, your not an evil lunatic anymore!"
"I was never an evil lunatic Sora..."
"Sure you weren't..."
James and Kairi came up to join them, after getting rid of all the crows. "Your not going to believe this, but when we destroyed them, they were replaced by heartless. It seems that they may have been able to extend their influence here as well.", James told the group. Kairi shrugged.
"At least the group is together again. We may be bruised and scarred, but now we can leave and move on. I think the power of friendship helped us."
Everyone turned to stare at her.
"What crack have you been smoking lately and how much of it?", Riku asked. Kairi put her hands on her hips.
"For your information, it's marijuana, and secondly, not enough of it."
The gang laughed as Ahiru called them over. "Mytho is waking up!"
They hurried over to him. Mytho opened his eyes and looked up to find 7 faces peering down at him.
"Ugh...where am I?", he asked. He stared at Every's face for a moment.
"I remember you...you were the one that warned me about something. Thanks...I guess."
"No problem. That's what friends do.", Every weakly smiled.
"Friends?"
"Yeah...haven't you ever felt friendship before?", Kairi asked.
At the perfect timing, Ahiru's necklace glowed. A red Mytho similar to the evil prince of confusion appeared, except that he was a lot nicer looking and was smiling.
"Which feeling are you?", Ahiru asked, although the answer soon became obvious.
"I am the feeling of compainship, the prince of friendship.", he answered, still smiling.
"Here, let me put you back into your rightful place.", Ahiru offered as she held her hands out. The prince faded away, leaving nothing behind but a red jewel in her hands. She turned to Mytho and placed it against his chest, where it sunk into his body and into his heart. He turned to our favorite group and smiled.
"Thanks for helping us...friends."
"No problem dude. If you guys need anything, you can ask us.", James offered.
"By the way, Ahiru...", Sora suddenly remembered. "Why do you act really funny and clumsy sometimes? Sometimes you waddle about when you walk like a duck."
Everyone in the room except Riku, Mytho, James, and Kairi suddenly started blushing. Every quickly reached out and covered Riku and James eyes while Kairi covered Sora's eyes and Fakir covered Mytho's.
"Qua-quack?", Ahiru suddenly sputtered. Every had seen this coming as a small puff of smoke exploded where Ahiru had been standing. Now there was nothing of her except for a pile of her clothes. After a moment, a small yellow duck pushed its way out of her clothes.
"Hey, what's going on?", Riku asked as he tried to pull Every's hand off his eyes.
"Trust me, this is something you don't want to be looking at.", she muttered.
"Did she just turn into a duck or something?", Kairi whispered to her.
"Yeah. In the show, if she gets nervous and accidentally quacks like a duck, her true form is revealed to be nothing but a small yellow duck. Only by touching water can she turn back to normal. Reason we are covering their eyes is that when she becomes normal, she won't be wearing anything."
"Oh...OH!!"
"Yeah..."
"Qua-quack quack quack quack qua-quack!", Ahiru was saying in her duck langauge angerily.
"How did you know that?", Fakir glared at Every, seeming to translate for Ahiru. She shrugged.
"Saw the signs...sort of. Overheard it maybe?", she suggested. She didn't think that they should tell them about how they were from a different dimension where their lives was an anime.
The group soon managed to leave, Kairi holding Ahiru's clothes, Every holding Ahiru, and Fakir and the other boys ahead of the group, Fakir jabbing at Riku, Sora, and James back and daring them to turn around to look and find out what had happened. They were too confused by this hostile treatment to really want to know what was going on. Mytho just walked behind them all in a predictabl daze.
Making sure to guard Ahiru, Every and Kairi had their backs to her while her small duck form jumped into the nearby fountain. A soft yellow glow meant that she was human again and she quickly pulled her clothes back on and shook the water out of her clothes. They told the boys that they could look now and that what had happened was that Ahiru had gotten something on her clothes that needed to be washed out of the lake.
They bought it, without even questioning the strange duck noises. Probably under threat of getting beaten up.
"Glad that it's settled.", Riku shrugged.
Every finally felt all her energy start to leave her and nearly collapsed on the ground, but thankfully was caught by James. They turned to look at Ahiru and Fakir.
"I guess thats our que to be leaving so that she can get her strength back.", Kairi told them.
"Ok. Make sure to come back sometime. We're having a special festival soon that I'm sure you would love to go to.", Ahiru smiled. Fakir and Mytho simply nodded as our gang left for the gummi ship.
Meanwhile, a young girl stepped out of the bushes from her hiding place. It was Rue, from the ballet academy. She stared at the retreating group for sometime, especially with her eyes on Every. Her purple eyes now flicked to watch Ahiru leave with Mytho and Fakir.
"CAW!"
A black raven swooped down and descended on her shoulder. Rue reached a hand up and put the raven on her hand to hold out in front of her.
"Soon father, soon we will be able to initiate our true plans, thanks to those other worlders.", she whispered, her eyes glowing a dark purpleish black.
The raven cawed again, but it's message was clear to her
Yes, Princess Kraehe, my sweet daughter...now we just have to play the waiting game...

(Aren't you glad that you won't be hearing this omnipotent voice for a good long while? It's only here on this world, thank god...)
Riku piloted his gummi ship and they carefully took off, leaving behind "Drosslemeyer's Tale", noticing that there were no longer raven feathers blowing around it. Every was laying on the floor, breathing somewhat shallow, with James looking over while Kairi and Sora helped out Riku.
They soon came close to a world that looked like it had patches of sand, grass, fire, and water spread across it's surface. Riku stopped the ship outside the edge of this world, not even noticing the monitor reading the name of the world as "Konoha" before turning the monitor off.
"Let's all get some rest. It's been a rough day.", he said. Everyone agreed and made places to sleep on the floor.
Every was still unconcious, but she was keeping something tightly clinched in her right fist.
A black raven feather.
In the morning, everyone woke up to find that Every was gone.
And now we bring you to a special commercial, advertisting our brand new show, The Ninja Murder Files!
Kiba, Naruto, Ino, Hinata, and Akimaru were standing over a dead body. Neji's body.
"Gee whiz gang, it looks like the murderer gutted the victim, strangled him with his own intestines, took his chakra for themselves, cut his eyes out, and then dumped his body in the Konoha river!", Naruto pointed.
"Jenkies...what a mystery!", Ino said as she comforted Hinata.
Akimaru whined in Kiba's arms. Naruto nodded to him.
"Your right Akimaru, we're dealing with one sick son of a bitch!"
