Did u know that the Cloud in Kh1 is a mix of him and Vincent? I just saw that when I was watchin FF7 Advent children.

Vincent's in Advent Children. duh. she just connected his clothing to Cloud's in KH while watching Vincent kick @$$ in Advent Children

Nomura admitted that he opted Cloud's look after Vincent. He also admits that he wanted Vincent to appear in KH.

Question: Also, about Cloud, isn't the left-hand side of his design modelled on FFVII's Vincent?

Nomura--Yes, his left arm is in Vincent's image. This time, in this setting, Cloud is leaning towards the dark side, and I wanted to make him a bit more demon-like. And, since Vincent was exactly that kind of design, I just added it in. Although I would have liked to put Vincent in the game too...

Yeah. Probably becuase Nomura used Vincent as a resource for creating Cloud.

There's no point on it,i think,but i think it's just a change of look.Nothing so important.Or who knows,Cloud might've been teaming up with Vincent e.t.c
Still it might be just a different form.

So what? They wanted to portray Cloud more "dark", and since Vincent was the perfect candidate, they used his appearance to portray this. Many have known this for quite a few years. I would go as far to say they are a "mix". Just using styles and sprites.

The first time I played KH I was sorta wondering about his clothes.
Don't think I had FF7 yet, but I knew Cloud didn't dress like that.
Didn't find out til a few years ago about the whole interview and wardrobe stuff.
Would've liked to see Vincent in KH though.

Cloud in KH1 has Vincent's right arm and his cape. But he looks cool anyways.
