This game tells a new side of the story in the data world that is eroded by bugs. By this process, the mysteries about where the King was and what Riku was doing during the Kingdom Hearts time frame is explained.

Maybe they only told parts of Riku's Journey in Castle Oblivion during CoM since we also saw Roxas there

When the records from KH1 vanished from Jimminy's Journal, Jimminy used the empty
journal that had once recorded the KH1 adventure to record the CoM adventure. At the
end of CoM though, the entries disappeared again, leaving only one line 'Thank Namine'
but then Jimminy finds another entry that says 'We must return to free them from their
tourment'

Basically the CO journal is the same journal as the KH1 journal. What this might mean
is that Coded will combine both adventures into one but it definitely doesn't mean
the story primarily involves Castle Oblivion.

No, no it's it's own Journal. Jiminy has 3. KH1, KH:CoM, and KH2.

The KH:CoM one is the one with the 2-4 lines in it, Mickey decides to look at the KH1 journal to solve the mystery.

Well one has to be the semi-blank CoM one and the other is the KH1 journal. Guess Mickey didn't find the need to check the KH2 one without going through the first one first.

instead only one line remained' Thus one notebook
was used to record two advantures.

Unless you have some other explanation for this dialogue?
