Tetsuya Nomura Simulator. A game where the goal is to think as much like Nomura as possible. His storytelling, character designs, etc. all must be mastered. At the end of the game players will be graded on how Nomura-like they are.
Spoiler alert: Only Nomura himself will be good at this game.

The inverse of this. You play a game where there's an evil ABOUT to rise and destroy the world, but hasn't happened yet, so your goal the whole game is to place items and such in dungeons, and otherwise prepare the way for the actual hero who will come to do the quest. Basically, a Zelda Maker where the dungeons themselves are not playable.

I love your idea because I can imagine hating it. Being a character replacing ALL the pots and grass in any given Zelda game
