The quote highly supports the idea that it was Aqua, Terra, Ven and Ansem must be freed considering the secret ending to BBS and the aforementioned "lost two" which further supports the theory. In fact Nomura stated that Coded was connected in terms of story to BBS rather then Days.

Xion was just a culmination of Sora's memories given form, not to mention that once she merged back with Roxas, with nothing of her left to exist the very memory of her faded into nothingness. If she were, lets say, an actual person then she would have a better chance of returning, but since that's not the case I'm pretty doubtful on her reappearance. Seems like it would be more fanservice if that were the case. But that's just me.

I highly doubt she'll "come back" per se; I mean, god forbid if she does. That would categorically kill what little impact Days has under it's name.

I picked option 2, even though I don't really dislike her. I still don't consider her as the best part in Days. However, it's kind of understandable for her to come back, even in human form. I'd rather she didn't though. Not every good guy, gal, or transvestite should be brought back to life.

How does this in any way give the impression that Xion is coming back? If you played the last part of Days, you'd know that Xion has no regrets and is specifically where she both wants to and should be, there's no torment for where she's going.

'We must free them from their torment' comes from something entirely separate from Xion.

IF you put in the miniscule amount of thought necessary, you'd realise that Xion's in no state of torment and needs no saving, so it makes no sense for it to be her.

Xion's purpose in Days was fulfilled, and she's perfectly fine with going back to where she belongs. She's not being tormented; she doesn't need to be saved like TAV and Ansem do, so I don't see her returning.

Wow, now that I think of it, if Sora does free everyone, then we'll have a lot of keyblade wielders. Sora, Riku, Mickey, Aqua, Terra, Ven, Xion, and possibley Kairi.

If Xion comes back than Roxas and Naminé would too.. and dataNaminé said that realNaminé no longer exists so.. IMO Xion won't come back and that's good. Her story is over. Aswell as Naminé's and Roxas's.
