Thanks for taking the time to compile this!

Honestly, I’m really wondering how they’ll even go with a Toy Story 5, considering how the last one ended. Then again, 3 ended on a perfect note and they still had something to pull out of. I’m excited for Zootopia 2, it’s one of the few modern Disney animated films that I believed deserved a sequel of some kind.

Oh, that's easy, I've got an inkling of an idea

Toy Story 5 will take place a few years after Toy Story 4's conclusion, where Woody is now a lost toy. The years haven't been kind to him and he accumulated a few scrapes and smudges since we last saw him (maybe it would've been better if he stayed in the closet eh?). The reoccurring subplot about Woody being extremely rare and valuable is brought up to Bonnie's (now a 5th grader) parents and they ask her where Woody is, to which she tells them that he's in her closet. The Andersons, wanting to climb the financial ladder are understandably pissed to find out that what might as well be a shadowless Charizard is no longer in their possession and ground Bonnie, who then crawls under her bed to play on her iPad, because it's 2025 and kids like those things now more than toys.

Speaking of toys, it seems most of Bonnie's toys have either been donated (like the Potato heads, because both actors are dead now) or designated to the shame closet. And the whole movie revolves around getting her to play with them again because having a kid play with them is their equivalent of cocaine or dopamine. By the end of it, Bonnie's father is arrested and sent to jail for something, fulfilling the Jeff Garlin unicorn's prophecy of sending him to jail.

Anyway, Moana 2 seems interesting. It’s one of those movies that I genuinely think was fine as a self-contained story, but I’d love to be proven wrong.

We've already had a great live action Snow White film, it can't be topped
That is also true but I’m more concerned with the legacy of the original animated film being tarnished by a lead actress who has gone on record as not enjoying the original and trashing it every opportunity she gets in interviews

There are many actors/actresses with controversial opinions that still star in movies people like. I don’t think it’s going to tarnish the original film’s legacy. The lead actress’ personal opinion isn’t going to do that.

I think my only Snow White criticism, based purely on the trailer, is that the epic fantasy movie approach they're taking clashes with the happy little 30s-style show tunes that are still being included.

Don't believe an ounce of Park news until the thing is modeled, the land is clear, and the planning permits and forms are filed with the states.
