I seriously doubt there's a Pinocchio world. Why would the US find out about it before Japan? I'd really like to meet new people like Stromboli and the Blue Fairy, but I just don't see it as absolutely trustworthy.

Yeah gaming magizines tend to make huge mistakes about stutle things. I'll take any information from NP as a grain of salt unless there are photos to confirm said calm.

For all we know the writer could have just seen Pinnoc in Traverse Town and thought it was his home world.
