*sighs* I actually thought that Vexen would be voiced by Hojo's English VA Paul Eiding since of their similiarities and what not.

Is he any good as a VA?

Good thing that Christopher Lee is voicing Ansem the Wise/DiZ

Guess all of our hopes for Billy Zane returning to voice Xehanot's Heartless are dashed, hopefully Epcar will try to do XH's H some justice

I also had found that Wiki lists Josh Keaton as the voice actor for Zexion in Re:CoM.

He'll probably change his voice more to suit Vexen's character, but overall I like this guy! He sounds like he could capture the crazy personality in Vexen that we all know and love.

On a sadder note, I wish Billy Zane was coming back to do Xehanort's Heartless, but hopefully Richard Epcar will do better this time around. I'm not sure how I feel about Namine's change in VA yet.
