Do Roxas and Xion Need New Names?

So Master Xehanort was using the Recusant’s Sigil to track people and mark them as members of Organization 13, right? So why do Roxas and Xion still use the X in their names that supposedly is connected to said Sigil. I get they never had any other names beforehand like the other members but they could just remove the X from their current names just in case somebody can still use it to track them.

The Récusant Sigil that was tacked onto their names is gone. They reclaimed it from Xemnas, even though it would disappear when he was defeated, so there’s no need for them to worry about it anymore.
