i found a vid of roxas dual wielding YouTube - Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - Playing As Dual Wield Roxas but it says its a hack :31: possibly able to do without hack idk

Its not a hack you can really play as Dual weilding Roxas.

The reason for why Roxas is dual-wielding in Days is most probably a spoiler, and therefore this should most likely go into the spoiler section.

Needless to say, it's obvious that Roxas learned how to dual-wield from somewhere. It didn't just spontaneously happen in KH2.

Well anyways roxas can duel weild for some reason that will be mentioned in the game i belive.

Xion is a part of Sora, so if Roxas absorbs her, he's got access to all of his powers.

If you don't mind knowing. Seeing as they've released it already, I'd think people would just wiki it or something.
