E3 2011 Predictions & Discussion

Just thought to make a thread about the upcoming E3 Expo coming at June 6.

Sadly I will be having classes at the times of the conferences, so I won't be able to watch them. And I really don't want to spoil myself before I watch the conferences. Probably will just DVR the show and not go to the internet

Anyways what do you guys think will be on the show? Personally, I can't wait for more info about "the Wii HD"

Shit, if they can give us info at E3 on DDD and Vol. 2, I say why the hell not. I'm not getting any younger. Soon my son will be waiting for the games right along with me T-T

Last year was AWESOME, this year will be too due to:

Super Mario 3DS
Kirby Wii (FINALLY!!)
Hopefully Earthbound (Mother) game

I will be satisfied with just that list there

And yeah I would like to see more on Sonic Generations too.

We wont know until we see it. I'm more interested in seeing Sony's conference first, then Nintendo, then Microsoft. Each will no doubt have their surprises and "hard hitting" announcements to make.

Could have sworn Halo: Reach was the last game Bungie would produce for the Halo Franchise. If I recall correctly, they've moved on to other projects (hopefully).

You are correct. Reach was the last Halo title BUNGIE was going to develop. However, Microsoft still owns the franchise and has plans to move it forward with the help of other developers. It has been in development for a little bit of time now. That's why I'm interested in it. Hands have changed so no doubt the game will change and I'm curious as to what ways.

I want to see SSX, Versus, DDD, V2, Gears 3, and Project Café, mainly. Also interested in the next Halo game, but not really looking forward to it.

I'm also excited for the music playing before each conference, haha. I heard Two Door Cinema Club before Nintendo's conference, and now they're my favorite band.

Also, any Miles Edgeworth, Apollo Justice, or Phoenix Wright would be nice. But again, I'm not holding my breath.

The hell are you talking about? I know for a fact that KHII, BBS, Days, and Re: Coded were showcased at E3 in the past.

Shown but not announced. Most, MOST, not all, Square-Enix games especially from S-E Japan are announced at things like the Square-Enix private party each year or the Tokyo Game Show. Stuff in Japan.
