No, we're currently in a hung parliament, as neither side has completely won. Its up to the independents to decide what happens.

On topic, I probably won't bother buying the special edition. Too expensive in Australia.

You're better off getting it elsewhere. Same special edition from the UK is only $53.40 USD, which is much closer to how much should be paid. And it's also cheaper than the standard edition is in Australia ($62.30 USD).

I agree with the above. I only got mine here because I'm not allowed to buy things from overseas, and I get really nervous when ordering things(My copy of CoM didn't arrive for almost two months) so I'm taking the extra money I paid as overnight shipping and insurance

Yeah, at one of my local EB's over here in W.A they had this box on display. (On this pathetic little 4-shelf rack that housed the stores entire PSP collection of games and consoles, and this box took an entire shelf) The girl behind the counter said you could only get the collectors edition stuff by with the collectors edition as she dodged my question of whether or not they any of the artbooks had arrived. Also wanted a $30 AUD deposit for the collectors edition and $10 for the normal.
