end of the world is destiny islands theory

i've been replaying kh1 and when i went to fight ansem, i went to destiny islands.

my theory is that it is destiny islands because why else would he be there, he doesnt care about riku and sora. also, isn't the end of the world and destiny islands both worlds that were taken by the heartless.if you put it together, it kinda makes sense


like i said before, it's just a theory and please don't flame me if this was discussed already.

Ok here's the gist of what you said: DI= EoTW, not quite.
It was a world, like other worlds, swallowed by darkness.
And since The End of the World is what's left after worlds have been consumed DI was bound to show up there in some shape or form, think about its significance.

*DI is where Sora's story began
*Riku opened the door that would eventually lead him into a downfall of darkness.
*Xehanort's heartless took his body as his own hence him reappearing in Riku's dark form.

The first and last one being the most significant.
End of the World is a world that is left after darkness has consumed other worlds, a "nobody" world so to speak.
DI was your home Island, while being consumed by darkness, only ended up as a remnant of its older self.

End of the World and DI or completely different from one another. End of story.

Like Iridium said the Destiny Islands you visit at The End of the World was just the remains of the original Destiny Islands, The End of the World had the remnants of Destiny Islands because that is what it is made up of Worlds that have been consumed in darkness.

As a matter of fact when you defeat the chernabog and your traveling through all those rooms while moving through the mountain all those rooms are parts of worlds swallowed by the darkness even where you defeat the chernabog thats another world all in itself.

Um... Actually, what starts KH Com is Marluxia approaching Sora in the field and leading him to the castle. =P
Well, actually, it would be Pluto with the letter in his mouth at the end of KH1.
