Nah, if it was Itagaki, it wouldn't take the ESRB pointing it out for us to notice.

Plus, whoever's been adding questionable stuff to Squenix games seems to include the guys into the list of potential targets. Case in point:

Well, the Organization cloaks tend to accentuate the guys' chests (case in point being Xemnas), so I'm not sure they'd be the best example...

They suck on the females, though, which is the point. For instance, Xion's appearance as the black-haired Kairi (since we don't have a different clothed Larxene to compare, and Xion is suppose to take after memories). Kairi wasn't that flat as an iron board, even when fourteen.

It's made worse when one second, Larxene in particular, has the perfect graphics of her chest (side), then the next second they're like dots, lol. It happens to Aqua as well. I think Tifa too (though as hers are rather...big, it wasn't that much of a contrast). It's like the equivalent of the copy/paste mouth that happen in scenes (and I'm surprised they still haven't fixed that problem).

lol I call it rectangle mouth disorder or RMD because it loses whatever shape the mouth had that made it look like the words went together for a weird rectangle open and close thing.

ESRB descriptions are sometimes nonsensical. They need better management on who they want to write out the descriptions rather seriously.

Well, there's two things going on here:

a) The angle at which you place a woman has a rather large effect on how big she looks

and

b) Polygon limitations mean that different edges show up at different angles, which make the characters look even more different.

The second one is just a limitation of the engine, like the copy/paste mouth, and should be less noticeable once they start using Crystal Tools (though it's rather likely that there'll still be two different levels of animation, one hand-done and one computer-done, like there seems to be in FFXIII).

This is awkward...... Terra needs to watch where
