I'm liking where this is going. It's obvious that this is a smudge tag. Just keep at it. The text is great in this, imo :3

what would you suggest adding to this?

Well, in this tag's case, build up the smudging to where it's the dominant factor, effect-wise. And I just noticed this now, the head of the robot(at least I think its a robot) seems a bit too bright. Maybe bring over the original layer, and just lower its opacity so the head isn't so far gone.

Idk, that's what I would do :3.

Honestly, I feel that if you changed the effects somewhat that it looked like EVA01 was somehow molded into the wall, then it'd look pretty cool. Besides that, right now the top is way too bright with a ridiculous amount of contrast and the text is kind of like, "whoa that's gross".
