It obviously indicates that Xemnas has some kind of connection to Aqua. Otherwise, there's no reason for him to have the armor in there. I still cling to the MX/Terra alleged fusion theory. Although, that brings into question whether or not Xemnas would even remember Aqua; if Xehanort could only remember the word 'Xehanort', I doubt he (Terra, at least) would be able to go as far as to remember Aqua.

Or, hell, maybe Xion is Aqua's Nobody able to bring back some of the memories that may have slept in Xemnas. :<
