What is the fastest way to get Arena medals?

I just beat the mission "Copycat Crysis" over and over for medals. If you get first place for everything (Damage, Friendship, Style) you get 525 medals, and it only takes around 7 or 8 minutes to beat.

As long as I use 1 friendship command, i get first place in friendship, right?

yup. just bring along one group cure/cura/curaga and use it once and you'll get extra medals for being #1 in friendship.
