Is it one world that I have to complete or more with 1HP? o.0

Or do u have to not die? o.0
(I did Traverse Town and DI with 1hp and i still dnt got the trophy)

I'm very sure I did this too (also in Traverse Town) but I didn't recieve a Trophy. :/

sure you got to the very end of the episode? like after the boss fight there may be some more dialouge before you can move on. I was going for my W8 Speedrun trophy and made that mistake, hope that helps.

Oh and just to confirm the fatal flawless is only for completing one world with 1hp

One world with only 1HP. Easiest to do with the HP Cheat in the Stat Matrix. Do Destiny Islands, just a warning though, Darkside will not have 1HP. Battle very cautiously.
