Just curious, what's your favorite cartoon that's still producing new episodes?

I saw one the other day that I really liked. See, I've always been rather interested in the kinds of shows that are being directed towards children nowadays, mainly because it's fascinating to see the morals and intentions that are being taught toward today's children.

Unfortunately, I've spent the last several months in a place without a TV, and just recently returned home from that place. The other day I was sitting around watching some of the TV I missed out on, and during the middle of the day I saw a cartoon I really liked.

It was some kind of movie special for the cartoon network show, "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends". I didn't catch the name of the movie itself, but it was about the tall red guy, Wilt, traveling across the country to meet up with an old rival, in order to redeem himself for a failure he made to his creator a long time ago.

I dont really know if the entire series is that great, but I really liked the movie based on it. It reminded me of myself, back when I spent all my time worrying about other people, and carrying their lives on my shoulders. Then at the end, Wilt's creator removed that burden, just like somebody helped me remove mine. I guess I probably liked it so much because I felt I could relate to it.

Anyway, I've been rambling. That's my favorite current cartoon. What's your favorite current cartoon?

Lol you were watching Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends: Good Wilt Hunting. How do I know this? I have an 8 year old nehpew who loves to hog the remote. I've probably seen more kids shows because of him than I did when I was 8.

One of my favorites is the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. Its funny how a Kids show can be centered around Death, yet still be funny AND a kids show! Its also got some Anime references, which rocks.

hmmm, i dont think so. i havent really seen any episodes for it, unless you count the movie special i mentioned a minute ago.

So, you sound like you've seen a lot of the series. Is the rest of the series as good as that movie, or does it get even better?

Oh, btw, thanks for telling me the title of that movie, l4t1n0pr1d3. Now I'm probably gonna go see if I can find that movie again on maybe youtube or possibly download it.

oh yes it does!! the movie was great and all but it's really not like the show too much. the show focuses on the main character Bloo and his friend Mac, and all of the crazy situations they get into. Most of them involve some kind of random humor, and the other imaginary friends are just so adorable!! If you want i can try to find some of the really good episodes and post them on here?
