moderately high, u dont have to level up too high, hes kinda easy this time around.

level 80 if you've played kingdom hearts before. make sure u leveled up your drives for the abilities you learn when you level them up

i was like level 70 or something in kingdom hearts and i coudnt beat him he is so hard, i only tried twice though

All you have to be is level 70-75 anything higher really isnt needed.

In KH1 I beat him at lvl 62 if thats what your asking so sum where from 65 to 75 should be okay. ( depending on expeirence.
