Also I don't see how after all these theories of people being Xehanort how all of them have keyblades yet Xemnas and ect are not keyblade wielders...

While not officially confirmed (to my knowledge anyway), the seiyu for Sora's VA does seem to do voice work for Vanitas. Might not be the same in the American version though. Then again that points to a possible connection.

Actually, Nomura said in another interview (forget which) that Xemnas is a special Nobody, I think.

Therefore, I'm betting that young Xeha is like...19, and then Xemnas ages to be about 30.

Sorry to break it to you, but there's also a faint black on it too by the holes I'm seeing.

There are only two holes
There is a big one the one were discussing and a tiny small one around the top right of the helmet
In the big hole we see a black thing on top and we see the eye below it
The black thing is straight so it cant be hair so it has to be some type of head piece
The blond hair I mention is below it
Inside the tiny hole is pure black the same color of the thing above Van's eye
You should see where Im going here

Ok, this series' ridiculous level of hax is getting more ridiculous.Hovercars, Bows, and Cannons...Oh My! Watch Ven's Keyblade turn into a pair of Uzis or some other rapid fire gun.

It cant be the shadow because the shadow is on outer part and if there was a shadow there would of been one around the entire hole
