lvl 15. i was playing it in proud mode and i couldn't beat the twillight thorn. so i trained to lvl 15. then he was easy.

I made Roxas become lvl 12,cause i wanted an easier game when i will go in the outside worlds,so i lvled him up :thumbsup:

I got him to level 30. On a bet. Took me forever. Pick up the shield, leave the sword, it tends to make things easier.

You must have spent a long time in doing this...I leveled him up to level 6 or 7,can't remember now...

lvl 36 but it was taking freakin long and i was doing this before the fight with twight thorn, fighting the nobody's, soon i got bored and let the aging roxas move on with life life.........
It took me a while but i managed to get roxas up to levle 52 i didn't use cheat codes and it was lots and lots of work....

I only got him to level 5, so I don't really know.
Around 8 I believe, I never had the patience to fight over and over with the same opponent, but from what I know, a 99 Roxas results in getting most of the Support Abilities, since the Offensive Abilities are only available via Boss Battles and mini Quests...
I got Roxas up to about level 10 before going off and switching over to Sora. One note: Unless you want to go completely mad fighting Seifer over and over, stay in the Station of Serenity and beat all of the dusks for awhile. They at least drop money and sometimes potions. As for abilities, by level 10, you'll have Aerial Recovery, Scan, and either a Combo Boot, Item Boost, or Experience Boost depending on if you took the shield, sword or magic wand.
I stopped when Roxas reached to about level 18 or 20...
I leveled Roxas up into level 7.
Level 23 and still trying to get to level 99.
