I've never heard of Silh, sorry if I offend you and your reading this Silh, as I've never talked to him, but I really like the forum so I guess he is doing a great job as an admin and so I don't have a bad word to say about him

He's basically the boss of the forums.

The changes have been things that are popular with the majority, and he's not as lame as monkeybutt, so won't tolerate the annoying members and the annoying things they do (hopefully).
